Today, it's the sunny spring day, and we're about to continue dicussing the novel of the 1972's Nobel Prize Winner Heinrich Böll, "The House without host"/ in German original version "Haus ohne Huter" The content of the novel itself deals closely with black market and food production in the period after the 2nd World War in the territory of former Germany (1947), that would transform into the Federal Democratic Republic of Germany in 1949. So, we're about to start discussing on Heinrich's grandmother's cooking style, while talking about Russian variant of making fried potatoes.
