Digital tour to the surbubans of the Academic City. Checking the conceptual framework of the Doctorate research

 Resuming up the socially meaningful organizational infrastructure in the City Krasnoyarsk as administrative Center of Krasnoyarsk Region ('Krai' in Russian) and one of the biggest cities of the Federal Siberian Region, worth noticing, that one of the key ones is Academic City, established as scientific City Center, focusing predominantly on natural group of sciences. It's worth saying, Novosibirsk City, being visited in far away 2003, is an administrative unit of the Federal Siberian Region. Both Cities, anyway, got Academic Cities as scientific City Centeres, being representative part of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science.  Planning the digital trip to Krasnoyarsk Academic City, supporting hybrid disruptive elearning model implementation, it's interesting to check the chosen conceptual framework of Doctorate research on educational and scientific city centers as socially meaningful entities, systematically bounding other city establishments and other entities/assets, includind physical and judicial ones, into the whole united city ecosystem and surbuban areas, infrastructurally connected, but not only, with ambient intelligence communication subsystem.  The conclusions are presented in the video materials.
