Digital walk to Sunny block. Identity and origin

Today, we're visiting structural part of the Sovetskiy block, the Sunny block. In the Sunny ('Solnechny') block memorials, we figure out the Sunny founders point of view on the block civil identity and their own perception of the Solnechniy block founding history, being part of the Krasnoyarsk City engineering infrastructural assets and facilities. the Solnechniy block in their own identity perception is 'City in the City', whose origin is obliged to heavy machine building industry development in the Krasnoyarsk region in the Soviet historical period and USSR existence.
