Ingredients. 4-5 potatoes, prepared dough on yeast base, some flour, less than 150 grams, 100 milillitres of oil, some salt, 300-350 mililliteres of water, 50 mililliters of milk, 2 eggs. Recipe. Pour 300-350 mililliteres of water into the saucepan, add some salt (2-2.5 tea spoons, small ones), peel 2-5 potatoes, cut them into pieces to boil them faster, put them into the saucepan, filled with water, boil them for 40-45 minutes, pour out extra water, add some milk, 2 eggs, mix them together to form smashed mixture. Take unfreezed in advance (3.5-4 hours) dough on the yeast base, add some flour, roll it into one big round shaped form, then preheat the oven for 10 minutes, form round like forms out of the dough, then add some smashed potatoes inside of them, form some pies, put the on the pan, fry them on various sides.
