Traditional Russian and Soviet dishes in new decorations. Pelmeni, oladushki, macaroni

Today, we're trying to make chocolate butter in Soviet style with oladushki with cocao. The recipe includes such ingredients as 150-100 grams of butter, 30-20 grams of cocao, 200 grams of flour, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add flour, cocao, eggs, salt and sugar into the saucepan, then pour some milk or water, less than 150-200 millilitres, mix them together, preheat the oven for 5 minutes, use pan and form some cocao pancakes, fry both sides. Use separate bowl to make chocolate butter, mix butter with cocao, in case you want it sweet, it's possible to add sugar. 







Also, today, I've cooked fried onions and cabbage with boiled pelmeni. Ingredients, needed, 22 pelmeni from the package, 2 onions, 100-150 grams of cabbage. Preheat pan on the oven for 5 minutes, cut onions and cabbage into pieces, boil pelmeni in the separate saucepan for 20 minutes, serve pelmeni onto the plate, decorate with fried onions and cabbage. 






And couple of days ago, I cooked some macaroni with chicken in the cottege style. You need 150-200 grams of macaroni, 200 millilitres of water, 1-2 teaspoons of salt, 150 grams of chicken. Use one heater stove, suitable for limited electrical supply cottege situation, preheat it for 2-3 minutes, use saucepan with water, add chicken and salt, boil for 45-50 minutes, then add macaroni, boil them together for more 15-20 minutes, serve them together onto the plate, don't forgetto add sour cream, probably, from Prostokvashino village type settlement
